Rotographics India, one of the leading ?exible packaging manufacturing companies in Kerala, on Wednesday said the equity shares of company begin trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange with effective from today. “The equity shares of Rotographics (India) Ltd (Scrip Code: 539922) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'XT' Group Securities with effective from June 15, 2016,” the company said in a filing to BSE. Established in 1995, the company is specialized in the manufacturing of packing materials for food products as well as those requiring high barrier packaging. The company listed shares at the stock exchanges to raise fund to part finance the cost of modernisation-cum-expansion and backward integration project to be implemented at the existing premises of the company at 0-2, Sector-VIII, Noida, U.P.
