GoPro, Inc. announced the closing of its initial public offering of Class A common stock and the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase 2,670,000 additional shares. GoPro sold 8,900,000 shares and the selling stockholders sold 11,570,000 shares, including the shares sold upon exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares. J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Barclays are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Allen & Company, Stifel, Baird, MCS Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, and Raymond James are acting as co-managers for the offering.

GoPro, Inc. announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 17,800,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of USD 24 per share. GoPro is offering 8,900,000 shares and certain selling stockholders are offering 8,900,000 shares. In addition, certain of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,670,000 shares of Class A common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on June 26, 2014, under the symbol "GPRO." J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Barclays are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Allen & Company, Stifel, Baird, MCS Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, and Raymond James are acting as co-managers for the offering.

Famous sports camera maker GoPro, which was founded in 2002, on Wednesday announced that it is aiming to raise as much as USD 427 million from an initial public offering (IPO) by selling 17.8 million shares at an estimated price of USD 21-USD 24 per share. The funds will be used by the company to repay a loan through the company’s credit card facility, GoPro said. The company also plans to use the funds for developing specialty hardware and set up a content management system to build out a media entity that sells user-generated content.
