Vantage Energy Inc. announced the postponement of its previously-announced initial public offering. The Company's board of directors, management and sponsors elected to postpone the offering as a result of unfavorable equity market conditions. The Company will continue to evaluate the timing for the proposed offering as market conditions develop.
