Mobileye closes initial public offering

Mobileye N.V., the global leader in the design and development of camera-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, announced that it has closed its initial public offering of 40,927,350 ordinary shares priced at USD 25 per share. Mobileye offered 8,325,000 ordinary shares and the selling shareholders offered 32,602,350 ordinary shares, which includes 5,338,350 ordinary shares that the underwriters acquired pursuant to exercise of their over-allotment option. The aggregate gross proceeds of the offering were USD 1.023 billion. Mobileye's ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MBLY." Mobileye expects to use the estimated USD 193.7 million of net proceeds to it from the offering, after expenses, for general corporate purposes and to purchase EyeQ chip inventory. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. was a joint book-running manager and Barclays Capital Inc. and Citigroup also acted as book-running managers. Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Robert W. Baird & Co., Incorporated, William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. acted as co-managers
