Darshan Orna to launch IPO on May 2 29/04/2016
Darshan Orna is set to come out with an initial public offering (IPO) of 12,56,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a fixed price of Rs 60 per equity share. According to the information available with Bombay Stock Exchange, the issue will open on May 02, 2016 and will close on May 11, 2016. The shares will be listed on SME platform of Bombay Stock Exchange. According to data on BSE, the share is priced 6 times of its face value of Rs 10. Further, the book running lead manager to the issue is First Overseas Capital and the Compliance Officer for the issue is Nidhi Jain.
