Funny Software to raise Rs 4.59 cr va IPO

Funny Software, an IT service provider, is looking to raise Rs 4.59 crore via IPO. The company has come out with a public issue of 32.80 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 14 per share. The Company aims to use the proceeds from the offering to acquire certain fixed assets, for future growth and to fund working capital. The issue is going to open today, i.e. May 14 and would close on May 20, 2015. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME Platform. First Overseas Capital Limited will be the lead manager and Skyline Financial Services Private Limited will be the registrar to the issue.
