Gateway Distriparks to list its cold chain unit Snowman by month

Gateway Distriparks’ subsidiary Snowman Logistics, a Cold Chain unit, said that the company is planning to launch an initial public offer (IPO) of its equity shares by end of this month. Last year, Snowman had planned to hit in the capital market but had postponed its IPO plans because of poor market. The proposed IPO will give an exit route to the investors namely Norwest Venture Partners (Mauritius), International Finance Corp., Mitsubishi Corp, Mitsubishi Logistics Corp and Nicheri Logistics Group Inc. Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading at Rs 260.45 a piece, up 1.68 per cent on BSE at 14:55 hours.
