Shri Khrishna Prasadam Ltd will list its equity shares on the SME Platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday, March 28, 2014 after the company came out with an initial public offering (IPO) of 21.60 lakh equity shares of a face value of Rs 10 each, totaling to Rs 2.16 crore. The IPO opened for subscription on March 11, 2014 and closed on March 14, 2014. The company is looking to use the net proceeds from the issue for funding working capital expenditures and for the business of trading of agricultural products. The main areas of operations of the company are real estate, consultancy services and agricultural activities.
